We would like to welcome back all of our families for Visitation. Although we are open, we will still need you to schedule your visit with the SW department prior to your appointment so we can properly adhere to the Infection control principles and keep everyone safe. For appointments, please call 718-231-5550 and ask For the Social Service department.
We appreciate your understanding at this time, as keeping our patients and employees safe is our most important priority.
We will notify you if any residents or staff are diagnosed with COVID-19. Should you have any questions please contact the Administrator at ext 130.
